a heartfelt stay near times square
easy exploring many options friendly service
I loved how close i was to everything. It made exploring so easy. the breakfast area was a great way to start my mornings, offering many options. i also found the staff cute. Their friendly service enhanced my experience!
the noise levels from the city were occasionally noticeable. a quieter room would have been wonderful.

convenient location polite staff full fridge low water pressure worn mattress busy elevators
the location proved very convenient for exploring attractions. i found the staff at reception to be polite. the full fridge in the kitchen was useful for storing groceries.
the water pressure in the shower was unfortunately quite low. i found the mattress to be somewhat worn. the elevators were frequently busy, especially during peak breakfast hours.

The location was perfect. It made exploring so simple. the room i had was also very clean. i appreciated the friendly staff. They were always ready to assist.
The breakfast got repetitive pretty quickly. It was the same every day. the elevators seemed slow, i often waited a while for one! the noise from outside was noticeable. It did disrupt sleep slightly.

The location is GREAT! Luggage storage was a VERY good feature. The lounge access after checkout proved very handy to me.
The elevators took a bit of time, causing some guests to use the stairs.
